In November of 2001, Alfred Stillman and son Bill traveled through eastern Australia visiting relatives and touring.

Very late Friday night, 9 November 2001 - Alfred is ready to to fly to Australia





Bill is really enthusiastic about going to Australia



Flying from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Sydney was a 15½ hour flight aboard a Qantas Boeing 747-400. The flight was very comfortable - Alfred and Bill were well treated. Leaving Los Angeles very late Friday night the 9th of November 2001, they arrived in Sydney around 0930 Sunday 11 November 2001 Sydney time - some 18 time zones ahead and without having experienced that Saturday



Their first visit was with Cousins Alan and Susie Stileman, who are are "Lord" and "Lady" of the lovely Gininderra - near Wagga Wagga, New South Wales



Alfred and Bill fly from Wagga Wagga to Sydney in the evening of the 14th of November to begin touring of Sydney and areas close-by on the 15th



On 16 and 17 November, Alfred and Bill travel by bus to Canberra - the Australian Capital City



On 18 November, Alfred and Bill traveled to Alice Springs in the Northern Territory to tour there



On 19 November, Alfred and Bill continued on to Uluru [Ayer's Rock]



On 21 November, Alfred and Bill returned to Sydney to tour the Australian Blue Mountains on the 22nd of November [HAPPY BIRTHDAY SISTER HELEN !!!!!!!]



On 23 November, Alfred and Bill were met in Sydney by cousins Kelvin and Pat and taken on tour of the southeast coast of Australia



On 24 November - Alfred and Bill left Australia around 4 PM local time, flew 14½ hours and arrived in LAX at around 1200 Los Angeles Time that same day
