Rockwell International Space Station Systems Division. Integrated and managed the technical and administrative performance of highly skilled Safety, Reliability, Maintainability, and Quality Assurance (SRM and Q) personnel in all phases of contract, IR and D, technical marketing and proposals activities. Direct report to Division Director of Product Assurance.

Space Program Management

Rockwell International Space Transportation Systems Division. Managed the performance of group-level support integration system development for both the NASA National Space Transportation System (NSTS) program management (level II) and USAF Space Division. Responsibilities included the recruiting, assigning, and directing personnel in the performance of tasks that had been negotiated with the Customers. Systems included Space Shuttle System, Space Based Laser, Global Positioning Satellite.

Program Senior Administrator

Northrop Advanced Systems Division. Utilized intimate knowledge and skills in advanced design, reliability, maintainability, logistics support analysis and all other elements of ILS to design, develop, coordinate and implement guidance, controls, planning strategies and definitions of ILS requirements; implement the initial design integration of major program/project /elements functional support; interface with and provide guidance to inhouse, associate/subcontractor, vendor, and Customer elemental technical managers, staff and functional personnel. Prepare and negotiate contractual documents for subcontractor tasks. Defense related compartmentalized programs such as B-2, YF-23 and missiles.

Program Management Educator

Defense Acquisition University [formerly Defense Systems Management College (DSMC). As Professor of Systems Acquisition Management, functioned as: Associate Course Director for research, development, and delivery of one to two week defense related graduate level program in Management of Acquisition Logistics; Course Director for research, development, and presentation of the DSMC Program Management Course (PMC) subcourse curriculum in Manufacturing Management. Other functions included lesson preparation and preparations in the ILS PMC subcourse, Management of Software Acquisition, Test and Evaluation Management, Management of Life Cycle Costs, and Defense Manufacturing Management. Engineering Program Management

for the US Army at Hughes Aircraft Company. Inplant Project Engineering Manager for the OPM FIREFINDER. In this capacity, all PM activities directly involving Hughes for the AN/TPQ-36 and AN/TPQ-37 Radars were interfaced through my activity, with all inplant engineering and related administrative responsibilities being directly mine. These included design enhancement, manufacturing, quality, reliability, logistics, testing, foreign military marketing and sales, in-process reviews, contractual negotiations, and assistance to the plant AFPRO. DoD Program Management

US Army CORADCOM at Ft. Monmouth, NJ. DoD Program Manager for the DoD AN/UYQ/K-43/44 Computer Standardization Program. Had total cognizance over 69 contracts valued at over $60M for a five year development period. This program involved development of a standard 64K nuclear hardened/militarized computer system that was utilized in over 100 systems within the DoD. Common software, hardware and total (DoD) logistics support were developed in this program. Produced RFP's, SOW's, negotiated and finalized all contracts. GS-12
